Eye-sight and Refraction Exam 视力和屈光检查

Time: December 5th, all day
Locations: Wellness Center / Brain
Appointment Cards:
- Boarders: receive your appointment cards from your HMs on Monday
- Day students: take your appointment cards from the guards after school when you leave campus on Monday
Directions:
- Go to class for attendance
- Inform your teacher you need to leave for the eye exam (show teacher your appointment card if needed)
- Look on appointment card to determine your location (Wellness Center / Brain)
- Wait quietly at the location so we can get through these as fast as possible
- Once done go back to class
- Make sure to talk to the teacher or other classmates to catch up on what you have missed
Remember:
- Please remain quiet
- Please don't wear contact lenses
- For nearsighted students, please wear frame glasses
- Students wearing the Ortho-K at night should inform the wellness staff before the check
- Contact Brittany Zhang for any questions
